All About Me

Hello and welcome to my webiste, my name is Lisa and I am a fully qualified Reflexologist and Massage Therapist.

I live with my partner, Stew, and we have two grown up children, three grandchildren and two little Cavalier King Charles dogs. I was a part-time administrator for many years and didn't embark on my Reflexology journey until 2017. After a 10mth intensive course, which included 100 case studies, I quaified in July 2018 and decided to set up my own home practice, rather than work in a salon where I felt I might be more time restricted.

Although I am not fortunate enough to have a garden therapy room, my home treatment room is a warm, cosy and inviting space where my clients can relax and recharge. Relaxing music, dimmed lighting, a heated massage couch and plenty of fluffy blankets make each experience an exceptional one.

I feel passionate about the health benefits of all the holistic treatments I offer, especially Reflexology and I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Holistic Therapist.
