Reflexology is a non-invasive relaxing holistic treatment suitable for all, no matter what age, and is safe to be used alongside standard healthcare.

The treatment will begin with a warming foot cleanse before massaging the feet with reflexology wax and applying specialised finger and thumb massage techniques to the specific reflex points  to help bring about a deep state of relaxation, restore balance and improve well-being

I would recommend an initial course of 6 weekly/fortnightly treatments but its entirely up to you

Reflexology for Menopause - 60mins - £40

Hot flushes, night sweats, sleep problems, low moods, irritability........these are but a few of the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. The deeply relaxing effects of this specific form of reflexology can be effective in reducing these symptoms. Depending on severity of symptoms and for best results I would recommend an initial course of 6 weekly/fortnightly treatments 

Bergman Method Facial Reflexology - 35mins/60mins - £32/£45

A wellness focused treatment which can support clients suffering with headaches, migraines, bruxism (teeth grinding), sinus congestion and stress, this deeply relaxing gentle treatment also helps to release tension and emotions held in the face and can leave clients with a glowing radiant complexion
A relaxing oil based massage to the chest, arms, neck and face before applying specialised massage techniques to specific reflex points of the face

Indian Head Massage - 30mins - £30

This treatment is based on the old Ayurvedic techniques working on the shoulders, upper back, neck, face and scalp. With the use of oils a variety of massage techniques are used to help relieve accumulated tension and stress, and stimulate circulation. 
This treatment helps to reduce stress, fatigue, tension headaches, increase mental clarity, improves  the condition of the hair and is an overall relaxing treatment.
Clients will be in a seated position and hair will get messy!

Back and Shoulder Massage - 30mins - £30

A popular treatment which focuses on relieving the muscle tension and stress that most of us carry around in our back, neck and shoulders - especially if sitting at a computer all day.
Massage is also shown to improve blood and lymph circulation, improve focus and concentration and boost energy levels

Back and Shoulder Massage + Facial Reflexology - 65mins - £55

A mix of two deeply relaxing treatments, 30mins back and shoulders with blended aromatherapy oils followed by the amazing Bergman Method Facial Reflexology with the added extra head massage.......or hair pulling as i like to call it

Full Body Massage - 60mins - £48

A relaxing treatment for the whole body combining nourishing massage oil with the rhythmic massage techniques of effleurage, petrissage, friction and tapotment.

Massage can help to lower levels of stress and anxiety, stimulate the immune system into helping flush toxins and waste from the body which can also improve digestion, improve blood circulation to aid muscle tension/tightness and generally encourage a deeper sense of relaxation often leading to an improved sleep pattern
