Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes it may be necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment and I will always do my best to accomodate this. However, as a small independent business any loss of revenue can have an impact so I would ask for the following:

* A minimum of 24hrs notice

* Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment with less that 24hrs notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of the booked treatment being payable

* No shows or cancelling with less than 2hrs notice will result in the total cost of your booked treatment being payable

*Fees are payable in ALL instances and under all circumstances and future bookings will not be permitted until fees have been paid

*If you are running a little late, I allow 10mins past a clients appointment (traffic, accident, school run), and if I haven't heard from you, the appointment will be marked as a 'no show' and the above policies will apply

Late Arrivals

Please arrive for your appointment on time.

Arriving late to your appointment will have a detrimental effect on your treatment time.

I cannot allow late arrivals to impact another clients treatment start time as this would have a knock on effect for all subsequent clients.

*The full cost of your booked treatment will be payable, there will be no reductions in the cost of your treatment in the event of having to shorten your treatment due to lateness*

Refunds

Please note that under NO circumstances are refunds offered.

If for any reason you are unhappy with a treatment I have provided I ask that you please discuss this with me and we can change any future treatments

Privacy Policy

Soul-Holistics is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that governs the privacy of personal information held by businesses and the protection and safeguarding of your privacy when you deal with us.

Your personal data will be stored and be accessible by Soul-Holistics - Lisa-Jayne Gilbert MGHT.

Your Consultation Forms are kept in a locked filing cabinet at my home address and will be kept for 3yrs after your last treatment.

Your files are not viewed by or accessible to anyone other than Lisa-Jayne Gilbert MGHT of Soul-Holistics, unless specific written consent is given by yourself to share with other therapists or health professionals.

Your personal information will not be shared with any third party companies.

I will only contact you with regards to Soul-Holistics therapies and offers and I will never send you spam

Therapist Right of Refusal

My aim as a therapist is to always maintain professional integrity and provide the best possible service to my clients.

However, as a therapist, much like professionals in other fields, I have a right of refusal, which allows me to decline to take on a new client or to continue seeing a current one under certain circumstances.

This right is guided by ethical principles and legal standards aimed at ensuring the welfare of both the client and the therapist. There maybe numerous reasons for refusal, such as conflict of interest, medical unsuitability for treatment, inappropriate behaviour or misconduct, repeated lateness or cancellations or situations where a client poses a risk of harm to self or others.

Sexual Misconduct

I operate a professional reflexology and massage therapy business. Services of a sexual nature are neither offered or implied. Requesting these services, either via text, email, in person or over the phone will result in your details being handed over to the Police immediately.
